PRSecurity does not authorize users to conduct security testing against third-party systems without appropriate permission.

4. Scope of Security Services

The scope of each cybersecurity engagement will be defined and agreed upon before testing begins.

Depending on the engagement, the scope may include:

• Specific domains or subdomains
• IP addresses and network ranges
• Web applications
• Mobile applications
• APIs
• Cloud resources
• Servers and infrastructure
• Authorized user accounts
• Specific testing environments

Systems or assets that are not explicitly included in the agreed scope will not be considered authorized targets.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access required to perform the agreed services.

The client may be required to provide:

• Appropriate testing authorization
• Test accounts or credentials
• Application or API documentation
• Relevant technical information
• Testing environments where applicable
• Required approvals from third parties

The client must notify PRSecurity of any systems, applications, services, or activities that could be affected by security testing.

6. Controlled Security Testing

PRSecurity aims to conduct security testing in a controlled and professional manner.

Certain penetration-testing activities may potentially affect system performance or availability. The client acknowledges that security testing can involve techniques that may cause unexpected behavior in vulnerable systems.

Where reasonably possible, PRSecurity will take appropriate precautions to minimize disruption.

Testing involving potentially high-impact activities should be specifically discussed and authorized as part of the engagement scope.

7. Cloud and Third-Party Services

Where security testing involves third-party infrastructure, including cloud platforms, hosting providers, APIs, SaaS platforms, or other external services, the client is responsible for ensuring that the necessary permissions and approvals have been obtained.

The client is responsible for complying with applicable terms and policies of those third-party providers.

PRSecurity will perform testing only within the agreed authorization and scope.

8. Reports and Deliverables

Following completion of an applicable security assessment, PRSecurity may provide a report containing:

• Identified vulnerabilities
• Vulnerability severity ratings
• Technical descriptions
• Evidence and supporting information
• Potential business impact
• Affected assets
• Remediation recommendations
• Executive-level findings where applicable

Reports are prepared based on information and observations available during the assessment period.

Security conditions may change after testing is completed, and therefore the report does not guarantee that an environment is completely free of vulnerabilities.

9. Remediation and Retesting

PRSecurity may provide remediation guidance to help clients address identified vulnerabilities.

Where included in the agreed scope, PRSecurity may perform a retest after remediation to determine whether previously reported vulnerabilities have been resolved.

A retest is not a guarantee that the environment is completely secure or that no new vulnerabilities exist.

10. Confidentiality

PRSecurity recognizes that cybersecurity engagements may involve highly sensitive information.

Information obtained during an engagement may include:

• Credentials
• Source code
• Application information
• Network information
• Cloud infrastructure details
• Security configurations
• Vulnerability information
• Security reports
• Business information

PRSecurity will take reasonable measures to protect confidential client information and will use such information only for authorized business and service purposes.

Where required, confidentiality obligations may also be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or service agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

• Required authorization is withdrawn
• Testing becomes unlawful or unauthorized
• The client fails to provide necessary information or access
• Required payments remain outstanding
• Continued testing creates unacceptable legal or security risks

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that are intended to survive termination, including confidentiality, intellectual property, payment obligations, and applicable limitations of liability.

16. Limitation of Liability

PRSecurity will perform services with reasonable professional care and skill.

However, cybersecurity testing cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities, security weaknesses, threats, or attack methods will be identified.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PRSecurity will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of the website or cybersecurity services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or reputation.

Any additional liability limitations applicable to a specific engagement may be established in the relevant service agreement or statement of work.

17. No Guarantee of Complete Security

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clients agree to indemnify and hold PRSecurity harmless from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Unauthorized testing requested or permitted by the client
• The client’s failure to obtain required permissions
• Misuse of PRSecurity’s services
• Violation of third-party rights
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Information or instructions supplied by the client that are inaccurate or unauthorized

Specific indemnification obligations may be further defined in an applicable contract.

19. Compliance With Laws

You agree to use PRSecurity’s website and services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
